This permanent, full time Advisor develops Human Resources initiatives aligned with the corporate vision. The work strengthens employer brand, communications, employee experience, and talent development. You will help engage teams, develop talent, and bring culture to life through coordinated strategies and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the employer brand strategy
- Create campaigns and content across recruitment platforms and social media
- Develop internal communications for Human Resources initiatives and programs
- Ensure employer brand consistency across communications




- Analyze campaign and social media performance to optimize initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Communications, or equivalent
- Three to four years in communications, recruitment, or talent development
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms; Dayforce knowledge is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French and English for communication beyond Quebec
