Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and gather vehicle repair information
- Schedule service appointments and answer incoming inquiries
- Complete vehicle inspections and internal repair orders
- Monitor repair orders, job status, and customer updates

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interpret customer vehicle concerns accurately
- Robust organization and task prioritization abilities
- Computer literacy; CDK or Dealer-FX experience is an asset
