Own accounts payable at Lightform’s Edmonton head office while applying three-way matching, reconciliations, and workflow improvement expertise.

As an experienced accounting qualified, you will manage the full AP cycle and support the Controller and Assistant Controller. Your work will connect vendor payments, general ledger maintenance, month-end close, reporting, and controls. You will also help modernize accounting tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage invoice intake, coding, approvals, matching, and payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, including foreign currency
- Maintain GL accounts and support accruals and month-end close
- Improve AP automation,



electronic approvals, EFT workflows, and ERP use

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of accounting experience with strong AP foundations
- Exposure to GL accounting or month-end close
- Strong Excel skills and ERP experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accounting-cycle understanding
- Experience improving processes or implementing new tools
