Support children and youth through individual counselling, group sessions, and structured residential care in an agency-operated home. This is an on-site role.

As an In-House Counsellor, you will support clients experiencing difficulties with life at home. You will promote their best interests while supporting safety, health, and overall well-being. The work provides stability through individual counselling and group sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and care to residential clients
- Promote the best interests of children and youth
- Support client safety, health, and overall well-being
- Provide individual counselling to each client
- Provide group sessions with each client

Requirements:

- Interest in working with children, youth, and life experiences
- Knowledge of and lived experience with Indigenous culture
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's licence or willingness to obtain one
