This full time Private Banking Associate role supports RBC’s Private Banking team at Vancouver Main Branch. You will fulfill incoming servicing requests, discover unmet client needs, and deliver the Black Card Experience. The work combines transaction excellence, professional concern resolution, technology use, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill incoming servicing requests through email, phone, and in person
- Deliver tailored experiences to Private Banking clients
- Resolve concerns accurately at first point of contact




- Champion digital education across client engagement channels
- Identify unmet needs through daily client interactions

Requirements:

- Two to three years of banking experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- IFC or CSC completion, or Commerce education, is an asset
