Toyota Canada Inc. seeks a Shop Technician for its Product Quality and Service Support team. You will service certain Toyota and Lexus models while maintaining vehicle operations and the Quality Assurance Shop at TSM standards. The position reports to the Manager, Field Technical Support & Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical services and repairs on Toyota and Lexus models
- Support Quality Assurance investigations through parts testing and evaluations
- Confirm campaign technical instructions for VSCLOC
- Test fit accessories and accessory prototypes for ADM
- Document services and communicate evaluation results

Requirements:

- College or university automotive degree or diploma
- Certified Auto Technician license
- Toyota or Lexus Master Technician certification preferred
- Five years of related experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Canadian travel availability

Support Toyota and Lexus vehicle quality through mechanical repairs, technical evaluations, documentation, and TSM-standard service delivery.
