The Production Team Leader, Packaging supervises daily work within Ecolab’s Supply Chain team. You will monitor production, assign work, manage resources, and maintain safety and quality standards. The position also supports employee development, equipment coordination, and corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily production and oversee employee workflow schedules
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, staffing, and resources
- Monitor safety, quality, policies, and production standards
- Investigate accidents, off-specification material, losses, and discrepancies




- Support equipment maintenance, training, and supervisory coverage

Requirements:

- High school diploma and four manufacturing years, or bachelor’s degree
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Supervisory experience in production environments preferred
- Knowledge of chemistry, WHMIS, GMP, and regulatory requirements preferred
- Computer literacy, including extensive Microsoft Office experience
