As a Registration and Scheduling Clerk, you will support Admitting and Registration within Health Information Services. The temporary, full time assignment continues until November 2, 2027. Your work includes Meditech data entry, health forms, communications, records handling, and coordination with departments, health centres, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter patient information accurately into Meditech
- Complete required health forms and consents
- Assist with quality audits and corrections
- Relay messages by phone and fax
- Scan, archive, copy, and mail information

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology
- Organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred; French is preferred
