Deliver resident-focused nursing care as a casual Registered Practical Nurse at Extendicare Medex on Baseline Road in Ottawa, Ontario. Apply clinical judgment and medication administration skills. Reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health and Wellness, you will provide planned, goal-directed care under provincial standards. The position involves assessments, care plans, documentation, resident education, and coordination with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams. You will also support transfers, conferences, emergencies, and nursing assignments.

Provide direct resident care and administer medications and treatments Complete assessments, care plans,

Requirements:
