Support seamless service access as a Band 6 Gateway Worker with East London NHS Foundation Trust in Newham Talking Therapies. Use experienced clinical judgement.

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term post suits an experienced PWP, occupational therapist, nurse, social worker, or psychologist. You will help service users access the right Talking Therapies service at the right time. The work involves referrals, treatment, discharge, and transitions involving multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support service users through referral, treatment, and discharge processes
- Coordinate transitions between Talking Therapies and other services
- Help service users access appropriate support at the right time
- Support people with complex needs involving multiple teams




- Manage suitable treatment cases within your training

Requirements:

- Experience as a PWP, occupational therapist, nurse, social worker, or psychologist
- Band 6 clinical experience and appropriate skilled training
- Passion for positive service user experiences
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful support for service users and carers
- Availability for 37.5 hours weekly over 12 months
