Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + car allowance

Our client, a growing Canadian supplier of commercial outdoor recreation products, is seeking a driven outside sales professional to develop its Eastern Ontario territory. Products include playgrounds, splash pads, outdoor fitness equipment, dog parks, and safety surfacing.

The role

Build new business and lasting relationships with municipalities, school boards, landscape architects, developers, and contractors. Own the sales process from prospecting through project award, with support from design, estimating, and installation teams.

- Develop a territory sales plan and generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Identify upcoming projects, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions and proposals.
- Review plans, specifications, and tender documents; negotiate and close opportunities.
- Maintain an active pipeline, accurate CRM records, and reliable forecasts while achieving sales targets.

What you bring





- 3-5+ years of successful B2B outside sales or business development experience, with a robust record of winning new business.
- Confident prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills; experience managing consultative sales cycles.
- Strong organization, independence, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid Ontario G Class licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight trips.
- Construction, architectural products, commercial equipment, or recreation industry experience is an asset, as is knowledge of municipal procurement and tendering.
