As a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent, you will support store safety, assist investigators, and protect Associates, customers, and assets. The work includes customer service, floor walking, CCTV operations, and collaboration with Organized Retail Crime Investigators. You will also help address internal, external, and supply-chain losses while supporting law enforcement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and respond to pedestal alarms in uniform
- Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
- Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions




- Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walking throughout stores
- Report incidents and support investigations with partner teams

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial security license required for employment
- Retail Loss Prevention, Security, Military, or related experience encouraged
- Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on market
- Access to a vehicle and positive driving record preferred
