Our client, an established third-party logistics (3PL) provider located in Brampton, is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and cross-border shipments, working closely with carriers, customers and internal warehouse operations to ensure the productive and timely movement of freight. Arrange pickup/delivery of customer orders for both domestic and transborder shipments Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers and carrier dispatch Track and trace shipments,



monitor shipments and relay status to customers Communicate with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse operations for order completion Update TMS with accessorial charges and ensure the load is complete and accurate for billing Coordinate container and airport deliveries to warehouse Assist customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution; Perform other duties and projects as assigned Proficient working with MS Office including Outlook ~ Proficient working knowledge in ERP/TMS software We may use technology, assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to screen, assess, or select applicants during portions of the recruitment and hiring process.
