The Production Machine Operator supports safe, efficient aluminum finishing through associated equipment operation. This position follows work orders, monitors tank conditions, verifies parts, and records process parameters accurately. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate overhead hoists through the aluminum finishing process
- Follow work orders and required process parameters
- Monitor tank levels, temperatures, cathodes, and rinse tanks
- Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and address spills

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Safe Operator Hoist Training
- Two to three years manufacturing experience
- Positive communication and organization skills
- Flexible, motivated approach with a positive attitude
