Lead lunch service at Whistler Mountain’s Steeps restaurant using hands-on supervision, employee coaching, and operational leadership. This is full-time seasonal work.

The Steeps Supervisor supports management at Roundhouse Lodge’s 125-seat, full-service restaurant. You will lead daily operations and teams of up to 50 employees while supporting an elevated mountain dining experience. The position reports directly to the Steeps Manager and reinforces service, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily lunch operations at the Steeps restaurant
- Coach frontline employees through ongoing training
- Provide hands-on direction across assigned outlets
- Drive employee standards, accountability, and engagement
- Ensure restaurant and food preparation areas remain clean

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience
- Prior fine dining restaurant experience
- Food Protected Certificate 1, with course offered
- At least 19 years old to serve alcohol
- Clear criminal record check required
