Nightwind Treatment Centre is seeking a Youth Care Worker for KIHEW HOUSE in Sturgeon County, AB. You will support youth in a residential treatment setting, building relationships, guiding daily routines, and facilitating activities that promote healing and life skills.

Ideal candidates bring Indigenous youth experience, cultural knowledge, and a relevant Diploma/Degree with 2+ years in care. This in office role emphasizes teamwork, boundaries, and constructive youth engagement.
