The Asset Protection Specialist prevents financial loss from theft, fraud, and organized retail crime. You will support safety and environmental compliance across assigned stores. The position includes investigations, physical security, surveillance, reporting, and associate awareness. Success requires integrity, responsiveness, and focused execution of store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prevent theft, fraud, and organized retail crime
- Conduct investigations, surveillance, apprehensions, and interviews
- Write reports, preserve evidence, and interact with law enforcement
- Validate safety,



environmental, and physical security compliance
- Use CCTV, exception reports, EAS, and alarm systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of retail loss prevention experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office knowledge
- Valid security or private investigator license where applicable
