C. This Casual Social Worker position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and recent clinical experience. You will support the Renal Program through assessment, treatment planning, counselling, education, and resource coordination. The work takes place within an interdisciplinary workplace focused on clients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
