With your support, the store will be a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment for our colleagues and customers alike. You’ll inspire your team, develop future succession, and lead by example, while keeping an eye on sales, performance, and the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store. Previous retail experience and essential people leadership skills will help you thrive, along with strong organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-moving workplace. 30 days holiday a year inc banks,
