Respond to alarms and emergencies as a Tactical Mobile Security Guard with Paladin Security, working full-time in office in Surrey, British Columbia.

This full-time position supports Paladin Security’s Surrey Campus base site and regional client locations. You will combine company-vehicle mobile patrols with indoor and outdoor foot patrols across the Lower Mainland and Metro Vancouver. The work requires security experience, a Class 5 BC Driver’s License, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to alarms, accidents, and emergencies
- Conduct mobile vehicle and facility foot patrols
- Help prevent property damage and unauthorized activity
- Direct unauthorized individuals away professionally
- Report incidents,



hazards, and damage to command centre

Requirements:

- At least two years of security industry experience
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License and clean abstract
- Availability for overnight 12-hour rotational shifts
- Leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written, verbal, and customer service communication
