About the Role
Range Group/Kensington is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing portfolio of travel and technology brands.
This role will have a strong focus on Technology & Product recruitment, while supporting a diverse portfolio of professional hiring across Finance, Marketing & Creative, Human Resources, Strategy, Operations, Sales, and other corporate functions.
You'll own searches end-to-end, proactively build talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs and identify the right talent. This is an opportunity for a well-rounded recruiter who can move comfortably between a specialized technical search and broader corporate hiring while delivering a consistently strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding.
- Lead recruitment across Technology & Product, including Software Development, QA, Product, Data & Analytics, IT, Security, and other technical disciplines.
- Support hiring across Sales, Finance, Marketing & Creative, HR, Strategy, Operations, and other corporate functions as business priorities evolve.
- Support targeted recruitment strategies based on role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent, building pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Conduct structured candidate assessments to evaluate technical or functional capability, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, transparency, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting within Greenhouse, ensuring strong process discipline, visibility, and documentation.
- Leverage AI, automation, and emerging recruitment technology to improve sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement,
and recruiting efficiency.
- Contribute to employer branding, talent campaigns, referrals, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally supporting multiple professional functions in an in-house or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Technology talent, with the ability to understand technical requirements and credibly engage candidates across Software Development, QA, Product, Data, IT, or related disciplines.
- Experience recruiting across additional professional functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, or other corporate roles.
- Robust proactive sourcing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive and hard-to-find talent.
- Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions, seniority levels, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong hiring-manager partnership skills, with the confidence to provide recommendations, influence decisions, and constructively challenge assumptions.
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and candidate-management skills.
- Experience with ATS and modern recruitment technology; Greenhouse experience is an asset.
- Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enabled sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
