This temporary contract lasts up to six months and prepares candidates for an advisor career. You will gain practical experience with Sun Life products, insurance and mutual fund licensing, and holistic life, health, and wealth solutions. The program develops confidence and business acumen through direct Client work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work from a local Sun Life District office
- Learn products, tools, processes, and practical advisory skills
- Handle inbound and outbound Client calls




- Complete business development activities and identify market opportunities
- Prepare for program graduation and advisor career launch

Requirements:

- LLQP license or completed course and exam requirements
- Strong knowledge of retail insurance and investment products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a solid work ethic
- Enjoyment of developing and maintaining relationships
