The Pharmacy Intern gains progressive experience across pharmacy operations, administration, customer care, Profile programs, and qualified services. You will complete activities appropriate to your education while contributing to employee and customer engagement. Sobeys operates pharmacies through banners including Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, and FreshCo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete professional pharmacy activities appropriate to education level
- Enter prescription data and assemble prescriptions
- Process transactions and receive or release prescriptions




- Promote Profile Programs and provide customer care
- Compound, assemble pill packs, and replenish supplies

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a pharmacy program from a recognized institution
- Previous pharmacy experience
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under strict deadlines
