As a Post-Purchase Operations Coordinator, you will manage Ship Support and help online orders move through picking, packing, and shipping. You will collaborate with Store Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Inventory, and Customer Care. The work centers on investigating data, identifying problems, and improving fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve Ship Support tickets through final closure
- Monitor order volume and progress across stores
- Adjust store settings and order flow when needed
- Run fulfillment reports tracking late orders and backlog
- Update store guides and frequently asked questions

Requirements:

- Related degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, fulfillment, or customer service
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic Excel skills required; basic SQL is a plus
- Experience with operational systems is a plus
