Supervise nutrition services at Health PEI’s Mental Health and Addictions Campus in Charlottetown, coordinating meals, staff, safety, and inventory.

Reporting to the Nutrition Services Manager, the Food Service Supervisor 2 assists with department management and staff supervision. You will oversee meal preparation, serving, and delivery while coordinating replacement shifts and monitoring production. The position supports accurate diet orders, purchasing, receiving, and communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call casual staff to fill replacement shifts
- Monitor food production, delivery, timing, safety, and cleanup
- Audit resident trays against diet orders
- Order supplies and monitor Oracle inventory transactions




- Schedule meetings and conduct nutrition staff workshops

Requirements:

- Grade 12 plus CHA Food Service Supervisor Course
- Foods and Nutrition degree or equivalent program
- Large quantity institutional food preparation experience
- Food Safety Course and supervisory experience
- Scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and computer proficiency
