Consider joining Facility Maintenance Services as a Word/Data Processing Clerk II as part of the Business Support Team Reporting to the Business Support Supervisor, we are looking for one independent and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving and data entry skills to support FMS within Fleet and Facility Services. Accuracy and an aptitude for numerical detail are key to success in this position as you will be responsible for accurately entering data information from various sources into key systems for the section. General Front Office Support Office Supply Management for Westwood/Century Place, second floor and South Shop Mail Sorting and Distribution Updating FMS Contact & Building Lists Updating inspection reports in SDMS Completion of Grade 12 including business subjects with emphasis on general office practices, or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college A minimum of two (2) years of diversified experience in general office practices and procedures, including experience with financial, logistics,



and/or payroll functions and assisting in the instruction of staff Proficiency in the use of SAP (Plant Maintenance) or a comparable financial system is required Proficiency in Ariba, ECC, and SAP-CAT2 Data entry skills at a minimum of 40+ WPM High degree of accuracy for entering, updating, and correcting various databases Embracing a culture of equity, diversity, reconciliation and inclusion Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license (or provincial equivalent) Applicants may be required to arrange their own transportation for use on City business, and where appropriate will be reimbursed in accordance with City policy Applicants may be tested Up to 1 temporary full time position for up to 18 months Salary Range: $25.174
