Lead ONroute brand operations in Mallorytown, Bainsville, or Odessa, using scheduling, inventory management, and customer service expertise daily.

As an ONroute Brand Manager, you will manage assigned quick service brands and their hourly teams. You will collaborate with plaza leadership to deliver sales, budget, franchise, audit, and customer service objectives. The position includes ordering, training, coaching, scheduling, and Health & Safety oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and schedule shifts to meet targets
- Execute ordering, inventory, receiving, storage, and reconciliation processes
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Crew Members and Shift Supervisors
- Deliver brand, audit, customer service, and Health & Safety standards




- Act as Manager-in-Charge when plaza leadership is absent

Requirements:

- Three to five years supervising or managing high-volume operations
- Food and beverage, merchandise, or related management experience
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, cooperative, and customer-focused skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the plaza
