Understand the movers and shakers in the media and social media landscape An organized self-starter capable of working alone or in teams A great communicator with experience providing excellent customer service Experienced with technology including artificial intelligence platforms and social media platforms Draft media relations materialssuch as media pitches, press releases, fact sheets, social copy,etc. Support proactive and reactive outreach as directed Manage influencer deliverables and content calendars Draft influencerwrap reports and case studies Assist with venueresearch and selection,all eventlogistics, décorresearch and coordination, speaker support, etc. Social Media Diligently manage online communities for brands Draft copy options for posts and responses that are on-tone Report on key performance indicators including reach, impressions, sentiment and more. University and/or College degree in communications, public relations, or marketing
