As a Dispatcher, you will maintain customer satisfaction while sending crews to restoration jobs promptly. The work involves understanding water emergencies, claims, schedules, work scopes, and job-site skills. You will communicate with property owners and insureds while managing technician schedules and crew availability.

Requirements:

- Current On Side Restoration employee with one year continuous employment
- Construction experience or Contents Department knowledge
- Superior customer service skills and desire to help people
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- MS Office, E-Claim, phone, and computer skills
