This Business Analyst serves as a liaison among clinical, operational, administrative, and technical stakeholders. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support solution design, implementation, and optimization. The work helps improve patient access, referral management, and waitlist performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current and future business processes
- Develop policies, protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and focus groups
- Analyze operational, referral, and evaluation data




- Lead ongoing program evaluation and monitoring

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with evaluation training
- Training or coursework in evaluation or policy development
- Experience leading groups, research, analysis, and project leadership
- Program evaluation and strategic planning experience
- Healthcare and electronic documentation systems experience
