WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking an administrative services assistant in Calgary to support patient intake and EMR updates. You will greet patients, confirm demographics, update physicians, and ensure accurate finalization of reports with strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in medical office settings, strong organization and interpersonal skills, and a positive, cooperative attitude. CPR certification is an asset.
