IMAX seeks a Business Analyst reporting to the Sr. Director, PPO. You will bridge business, technology, data, project management, and senior leadership teams. The work includes requirements gathering, process modelling, system integrations, analytics, AI, and business value analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders
- Translate complex needs into structured functional requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements
- Define integration requirements, data mappings, and business rules
- Support testing,



implementation, and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three or more years in Business Analysis
- Requirements, process modelling, enterprise systems, and integration experience
- Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience
- JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL, and Power BI proficiency
