The Marketing Administrative Assistant supports the Marketing and Development Departments in delivering their mandates. You will contribute to printed programs, promotional materials, media communication, and direct mail activities. The position also involves records, reports, donor database administration, and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with printed programs and other marketing materials
- Liaise with media, subscribers, supporters, and the public
- Monitor and record media coverage of theatre activities
- Administer mailings, direct mail campaigns,



and department activities
- Maintain archives, donor records, accounts, and required reports

Requirements:

- Strong writing skills in public relations or promotions
- Robust verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize
- Microsoft Office, content management, and database software proficiency
- University degree in a related field preferred, not required
