The Centre for Education in Mathematics & Computing seeks a Bilingual Outreach Activities Administrator for contests, workshops, events, courses, and online resources. You will answer client inquiries, maintain records, coordinate activities, and support communications. French translation includes web copy, learning resources, emails, social media posts, contest materials, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to English and French client inquiries
- Translate learning resources and departmental communications
- Process school accounts, applications, and contest orders




- Maintain confidential client records and communication channels
- Support workshops, events, courses, and outreach initiatives

Requirements:

- College diploma or related post-secondary education
- Minimum five years equivalent experience and training
- Excellent written and verbal English and French
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and office procedures experience
- Experience translating English mathematical concepts is an asset
