Join Real Canadian Superstore as a Department Manager in Training. The role includes a development program to prepare you to lead a department and deliver strong customer and business results.

Responsibilities

- Learn to oversee day-to-day department operations, customer service, and business performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop colleagues; support engagement, retention, and an inclusive workplace.
- Manage merchandising, inventory, pricing, stocking, and replenishment.
- Maintain operational, safety, audit, and compliance standards.
- Work with store leaders on business priorities, labour management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous retail management experience is an asset.
- Leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of retail operations.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year.
