The Licensed Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and acts as a business owner within the marketplace. You will guide teams, improve sales results, and support optical care through product knowledge and accurate measurements. The position combines retail operations, customer service, and licensed eyewear expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager in leading store performance
- Drive sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, and care goals
- Train team members and provide constructive feedback
- Support recruiting, staffing, and talent pipeline development
- Adjust, repair, measure, present, and dispense eyewear

Requirements:

- Current and valid state Opticianry license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least one year managing direct reports
- Retail operations knowledge and strong basic math skills
- Solid communication, selling, and problem-solving abilities
