We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering substantial market expansion to join our organization as we continue to grow. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism. Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer service to ECCO's customers so they will want to do repeat business with ECCO Supply Read and comply with ECCO's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures Read and comply with ECCO's Human Resources Policies and Procedures Adhere to shipping and receiving policies, procedures and regulatory compliance procedures Maintain the warehouse, receiving areas,



and yard in a clean and organized manner; Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment Pick/ship goods to customers in an effective and accurate manner this includes packing, sealing, and labeling materials to prepare for shipping Fill out/prepare picking tickets Assist with loading trailers, preparing and shipping LTL orders as necessary Ensure warehouse is appropriately stocked at all times Report any maintenance requirements, accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately to your supervisor Participate in yearly inventory count High school diploma or equivalent Forklift license an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy environment; Desire to be a long-term employee and contribute to the company's overall success For more than 60 years, ECCO has been committed to excellence in manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.
