Maximum Dental seeks a Treatment Coordinator to support patients receiving surgery, endodontics, and IV sedation. You will review clinical recommendations, explain options, and coordinate care with dentists, specialists, referring offices, and administrative staff. The position supports organized workflows and informed patient decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide patients through proposed dental procedures and treatment journeys
- Explain clinical recommendations, options, estimates, and financial arrangements
- Verify insurance coverage and explain patient financial responsibilities




- Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams
- Maintain records and communicate with referring dental offices

Requirements:

- Experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred
- Knowledge of treatment planning and dental terminology
- Strong insurance, communication, and customer service skills
- Practice management software and basic computer proficiency
- Ottawa vehicle access and willingness to work at various locations
