Sterling Homes Edmonton is seeking an Estimator to analyze costs and prepare estimates for constructing current homes. You will support profitability by evaluating materials, labor costs, and changes, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and coordinating with Purchasing, Production and Construction teams.

The role requires 3+ years in estimating for residential construction, proficiency with MS Office and estimating software (BuildPro, SupplyPro, NewStar), and a college diploma or degree
