Marshal Yard has a career opportunity for a wildly-talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our talented, driven and fun-loving team of integrated communications professionals. As a member of the creative team you will work in all mediums and disciplines and assume an important role in the creative process to visually communicate concepts and create the final deliverables. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Account Managers to understand the intent and goals of the work we do with our clients to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns with adherence to brand standards and professional-grade production practices. You will also participate in the development of brand positioning and creative strategies for our clients to engage and influence their audiences. Be involved in the creation and production of creative solutions for our clients through development of both integrated campaigns and individual components. Collaborate with our team of designers and accounts to develop outstanding work. Interpret communication briefs and objectives into intelligent design and media approaches. Three
- to five years of experience working in a studio, agency or freelancing. Excellent design skills, with an appreciation and habit of creating clean files. Work that demonstrates outstanding craft in design. Curiosity and a passion for design in all things professional and personal. Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks.
