The Ship Cook prepares and cooks meals for offshore operations. This position maintains galley areas, supervises catering crew, and supports effective communication. Candidates should understand marine and project personnel interfaces, International Codes, Standards and Specifications, and secure teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals for vessel personnel
- Maintain galley, fridges, freezers, storerooms, and mess rooms hygienically
- Supervise catering crew during meal and menu preparation
- Understand interfaces between marine and project personnel




- Communicate effectively and articulately at all levels

Requirements:

- Transport Canada Ships Cook Certificate of Competency
- STCW MED BS and designated security duties certification
- Marine Advanced First Aid, CPR, and passenger safety training
- Valid Canadian Passport and Seafarers Medical
- Relevant offshore marine experience and English communication skills
