North Central Co-op is seeking a Meat Supervisor for Retail Store Operations. You will support the Meat Manager while overseeing daily department performance, inventory control, ordering, receiving, and merchandising. The position also involves customer concern follow-up and team member development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Meat Manager across all meat operations
- Oversee daily operations and maintain excellent customer service
- Control inventory, ordering, and department receiving
- Ensure accurate meat department tagging, pricing, and merchandising
- Train team members and follow up on customer concerns

Requirements:

- Retail Meat Department experience
- Previous Retail Produce experience
- Retail Team Leadership experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
