Deliver person-centred nursing care at Bon Air Long Term Care Residence in Cannington, Ontario, using clinical assessment and care planning skills. The Registered Practical Nurse provides clinical leadership for secure, high-quality resident care. This position coordinates nursing delivery, completes assessments, contributes to interRAI care planning, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The RPN also supports medication safety, documentation excellence, infection prevention, and resident advocacy.
