Nova Staffing is recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a well-established company in Brampton. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable and comfortable leading from the floor. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, support staff, manage shipping and receiving, and help maintain productivity, accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities -Supervise and support warehouse staff -Assign daily tasks and monitor performance -Oversee receiving, picking, packing,



inventory and shipping -Coordinate shipments and review documentation -Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies -Maintain safety standards and identify process improvements Requirements -3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience -1-2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience -Robust hands-on leadership and sense of urgency -Experience with WMS, shipping, receiving and inventory control -Knowledge of WHMIS and TDG -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs -Forklift certification is an asset Why Join Us? -Temp-to-permanent opportunity -Monday-to-Friday schedule -Growth potential and on-site parking Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
