Deliver professional nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse, supporting residents through geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care expertise. AgeCare seeks an RPN to provide nursing care according to medical requirements and skilled practice. You will collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, health care partners, and other care team members. The work includes directing Personal Support Workers and communicating resident status changes.

Key Responsibilities




Implement AgeCare policies and procedures with Registered Nurses Provide professional nursing care to residents Notify physicians about significant resident status changes Direct Personal Support Workers on the care team Participate in shift reports and communicate resident changes

Requirements:
Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing Understanding of activation, nursing, and personnel administration Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario Membership in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Knowledge of applicable nursing home legislation and standards Apply professional nursing practice, resident communication, and care team leadership as an AgeCare Registered Practical Nurse. #J-18808-Ljbffr
