Administrative Assistant

Hinton, Alberta Full time in-office PTW Energy Services is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our Hinton Business Unit. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative, accounting, project coordination, and payroll support functions, including: Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) for the business unit. Entering projects into SDG, our industry-specific software. Performing payroll data entry functions. Ordering office supplies for the business unit. Preparing project binders and maintaining project documentation. Maintaining business unit records and compiling statistical reports within the accounting system. Preparing routine correspondence as directed by the Business Unit Manager. Providing reception support as required.



Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role. Post-secondary education is considered an asset. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Previous experience with basic accounting functions is considered an asset. Professional demeanour with a customer-service-oriented approach.
