Drive retail sales and operational excellence as a Retail Operations Supervisor, using customer service and visual merchandising expertise daily.

Lead store operations while modeling selling behaviors and coaching associates toward strong sales and service targets. Supervise merchandising, freight flow, promotions, inventory standards, front office tasks, and weekly cash office reporting. Support training, communication, health and safety, and continuous improvement across the store.

- Complete cash office administration and reporting

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of retail customer service experience
- One to two years of supervisory experience
- Direct accountability for sales and service targets
- Solid prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
