WE’RE HIRING: PART TIME FITNESS COACH F45 Training KINGSVILLE Outgoing, passionate about strength and conditioning, and comfortable leading a room? We’re looking for someone who brings energy to early mornings and makes people feel welcome, supported and challenged. THE SCHEDULE Two weekday morning shifts, approximately 4 hours each First class starts at 5:45 a.m., with arrival beforehand to prepare Occasional weekend shifts PAY & GROWTH $22/hour during your probation and training period $25/hour once you can confidently run classes independently Opportunities to progress to $30/hour based on performance, experience and responsibilities Potential to earn beyond $30/hour and take on additional hours as your role grows WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strength and conditioning experience and a solid understanding of exercise technique -The ability to give clear coaching cues and adapt exercises for different abilities -Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn
