Join Our Team At Cold Lake Orthodontics, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team Our current sterilization technician is heading off to school to pursue an exciting recent chapter, and while we’re sad to see her leave her role, we’re excited to support her next adventure We’re looking for someone who can step into this position, learn our routines, and become a valued part of our orthodontic team.

About the Role
This position plays an important part in keeping our clinic running smoothly, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and helping us capture high-quality orthodontic photographs for patient records and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize orthodontic instruments according to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Maintain sterilization equipment and complete required monitoring and documentation.
- Keep sterilization areas organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Take high-quality intraoral and extraoral photographs of patients for orthodontic records and treatment planning.
- Assist the clinical team with preparing treatment rooms and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Follow all clinic policies, health and safety standards,



and infection control procedures.
