Overview: The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting store operations by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, stocked, and presented according to company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting the sales floor, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays while maintaining store presentation standards.
- Organize stockrooms and ensure merchandise is stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment and inventory counts.




- Support visual merchandising and promotional setup according to company directives.
- Assist the sales team by locating merchandise and supporting customer requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall store success. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or stockroom experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
